We stayed in a tranquil area, slightly away from the city center, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel had a lovely terrace where we could relax and unwind. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and modern. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the convenience of the nearby parking garage.
The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, requiring a 15-minute walk.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within close proximity to all the main attractions in Florence. It is situated in a very nice and safe area, making it easily accessible to all the tourist hotspots. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good selection of pastries, cereal, and hot food. there is a nice bar area outside to relax in after a day of sightseeing.
The WiFi provided in the hotel is slow and unreliable.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, away from the main tourist area, but still within walking distance from the city center. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast servers to the chambermaids, was friendly and eager to help and be of service. They provided us with great recommendations and were always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel also offers a range of amenities and services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, ensuring that we had a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate every request. They gave us great advice on local attractions and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from major Florentine attractions. It was nice to be in a quieter area, away from the bustling tourist areas. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services and we would highly recommend it to friends and family.
